We are looking for friendly, hands‑on Retail Assistants with Swimming Pool Knowledge to join our local team in Cardiff. Retail or Customer Service experience is great, but attitude matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be our go‑to helper for all things pool and spa
Welcoming customers and giving straightforward, honest advice
Testing pool water and explaining results (we’ll train you)
Keeping the shop looking valuable and well‑stocked
Pitching in with stock deliveries and store tasks
Learning the ropes of pool care so you can grow with us

About You:





You don’t need to be a pool pro, just someone who’s:
Friendly, reliable and likes chatting with people
Organised and good at keeping on top of tasks
Willing to learn and pitch in where needed
Comfortable using a computer and learning recent systems
