We are seeking a
Casual Receptionist for our Healesville Clinic
to join our friendly team!
About the role
0 to 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8 am - 8 pm, Saturday 8 am- 4 pm (occasionally)
Potential for additional hours for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction
Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone
Provide empathetic, confidential, and non-judgmental service
Manage client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
Administrative Support
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple practitioners
Maintain accurate client records and intake documentation
Process billing, payments, and Medicare/private health claims
Liaise between departments and practitioners with discretion
Office Coordination




Monitor office supplies and clinical resources and advise Practice Manager when supplies are low
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs with Practice Manager
Ensure clinic is clean, welcoming, and organized
Compliance & Confidentiality
Adhere to privacy regulations
Maintain confidentiality of all client and staff information
Follow clinic policies and procedures consistently
About you
1-2 years' experience in medical or allied health reception (desirable)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Nookal (or other medical software)
Warm, professional, punctual, organised, and able to multitask in a busy workplace
