Join the team at John Ralph's Camera House Erina

We're looking for someone who is passionate about video, content creation and the latest imaging technology to join our sales team.

While photography knowledge is certainly valuable, we're particularly interested in applicants with experience in areas such as:
Videography
Content creation
Live streaming
YouTube production
Podcasting
Gimbals, microphones and lighting
Video editing workflows

This is a retail sales role , not a creative production position. Your job will be helping customers choose the right equipment, demonstrating products, answering technical questions and providing outstanding customer service.

This will commence as a casual position with approx 20 hours per week.

What you'll be doing
Assisting customers with cameras, lenses, video equipment and accessories
Recommending solutions for photographers, videographers and content creators
Demonstrating the latest products from leading brands
Maintaining an inviting,



well-presented showroom
Working as part of a friendly, knowledgeable team

We'd love to hear from you if you:
Have genuine knowledge of up-to-date video equipment and content creation workflows
Enjoy talking to people and helping customers find the right solution
Have previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Are enthusiastic, reliable and motivated to learn
Can work weekends as part of a rotating roster
