We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood. This part time role will be based at our hotel in Burwood, NSW 2134 and will involve providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and checking in guests upon arrival
Handling guest enquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting with luggage, room assignments, and key distribution
Resolving any guest issues or complaints in a timely and effective way
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the lobby and front desk area
Providing information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions
Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or guest-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Knowledge of the local area and attractions would be an advantage
