Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, has been engaged by our long-standing client, a leading global manufacturer, to recruit Production Workers for their Chipping Norton manufacturing facility.

Role Title: Production Worker

Contract Length: Initial 3 or 6-month contract (highly likely to extend into an ongoing assignment)

Location: Chipping Norton, Sydney NSW

Shift Options: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift (6:00am to 2:00pm) or Afternoon Shift (2:00pm to 10:00pm)

Pay:$30.70 per hour + super (15% afternoon shift loading applies)

Start Date: ASAP

Interview Process: One interview followed by pre-employment medical
Assemble, package, label and wrap finished products within a manufacturing setting.
Pick and pack components while performing general production and assembly duties.




Work within a safety-focused production team following established quality and workplace procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or warehouse environments is highly regarded.
Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg.
Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively within a quick-paced team environment.

Additional Details & Advantages:
Ongoing Monday to Friday work with full-time hours (38 hours per week).
Full paid induction, on-the-job training and all required PPE provided (excluding safety boots).
