Year 12 studentsare encouraged to apply.
Role Description:
Assist in the installation of wall and ceiling linings under the supervision of qualified tradespeople
Apply Workplace Health & Safety requirements, policies, and procedures in the construction industry
Use tools and equipment specific to wall and ceiling lining
Measure, cut, and install plasterboard and other lining materials
Prepare surfaces for lining and finishing
Perform general site clean-up and maintenance
Ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Genuine interest in the wall and ceiling lining trade
Be a secure and confident worker
Willingness to travel
Hold a White Card (or be willing to obtain one before starting)
Must have a car and a driver’s license
Minimum of Year 10 schooling
Prospect to build a career path in the construction industry
Pay rates in accordance with modern awards
