We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Casual Fitness Receptionist to be the face of our gym. If you're someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, enjoys creating great member experiences, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming members with a smile and providing outstanding customer service
Managing reception, phone calls, and enquiries
Preparing and serving drinks and snacks from our café
Building relationships with members and encouraging retention
Assisting with membership sales and promoting our services
Keeping the gym and reception areas clean, tidy, and inviting
Helping create a fun, positive atmosphere every day

What We're Looking For
A friendly, outgoing personality




Excellent communication and customer service skills
A passion for health, fitness, and helping people
Confident using computers and learning new systems
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, proactive, and happy to work independently
Previous reception, hospitality, retail, or gym experience is a bonus (but not essential)

The Details

Casual Position
2 Days Per Week (with the prospect for additional shifts)
Staff gym membership included
Work with an awesome team in a fun, supportive workplace
