About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our team atOfficer on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave (9 months).
You'll play a key role in planning and delivering events, sponsorships, whilst supportingcommunications, content and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, variedrole that allows you to use your imagination and continue driving our brand.
Your responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
Manage and coordinate sponsored events & portfolios across Australia and New Zealandincluding targeting, negotiating, timelines, budgets and content andmeasurement on ROI
Assist in developing and executing communication strategies and campaigns across allplatforms
Create, schedule and manage EDMs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Manage marketing calendars, campaign schedules, project trackers and key deadlines
Maintain marketing asset libraries, shared folders and internal documentation
Management and maintenance of the websites including but not limited to product descriptions, images, content, branding and functionality updates
Coordinate the creation, delivery and briefing of marketing point of sale acrossretail and digital touchpoints
Manage day to day updates across Hygain's digital platforms
Assist with implementing marketing initiatives that support business growth




Work with the Brand Manager on developing and execution of the marketing plan and budget as required
Administer and maintain the company's sales system 'Hubspot' and provide ongoing training to the sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
About you
To succeed in the role, you will require:
Experience in events coordination
Experience in marketing coordination and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong content creation, copywriting and graphic design skills
Proficiency with using marketing software to build EDMs, landing pages, journeys and events
Strong understanding of branding and consistent marketing communications
Experience with CRM platform Hubspot - highly advantageous
Experience with Shopify - highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Experience assisting with marketing plans, campaigns and budget management
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
