The Role – Customer Contact Officer (Air France-KLM)
Air France-KLM operates the most extensive route network between Europe and the rest of the world, with up to 2,300 daily flights. Its loyalty program, Flying Blue, is one of Europe's leading frequent flyer programs, with nearly 30 million active members worldwide.
In this role, you will support customers at every stage of their journey with Air France-KLM—including before, during, and after travel. You'll act as a trusted point of contact, delivering personalised service to some of the airline's most valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Making and managing flight reservations
Answering customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism
Providing after-sales support
Assisting Flying Blue loyalty program members
Supporting customers post-travel, including resolving service challenges
Delivering outstanding service across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
As a premium airline brand, the quality of service you provide plays a vital role in maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Who Are We Looking For?
You will thrive in this role if you are:
Passionate about helping and delighting customers
Fluent in
Japanese
or
Korean
(both written and spoken)
Comfortable using computers and Office 365 (Salesforce CRM experience is an advantage)
Flexible with rostering, including weekends (operating hours 8am-9pm, penalty rates apply)
Organised, adaptable, collaborative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
