About the role:

Personal Carers workunder the direction of the registered staff to meet the individualcare needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner,ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant,homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for theelderly, supporting their dignity and independence.

You will support customers with a variety of activities in theirdaily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing,food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship,lifestyle interests and reminiscence.

Position 1 – Part time (30 hours per fortnight)

Week 1: Saturday PM

Week 2: Friday AM, Saturday AM, Monday AM

Position 2 – Part time (50 hours perfortnight)

Week 1: Saturday PM, Sunday PM, Monday PM, Tuesday NightShift

Week 2: Friday PM, Saturday PM, Monday Night Shift





Position 3 – Casual

Availability Monday – Sunday

What do you need for the role?
Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriatequalifications and experience
Willingness to work as a team member, relating to amulti-disciplinary team
Highly developed verbal and written communicationskills
Previous experience in a similar role is highlyadvantageous
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
