Brighter Access is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Cessnock, East Maitland, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle areas in permanent part time and casual roles. You will provide high-quality care spanning personal support, domestic assistance and behaviour support, helping participants maintain independence in their homes.
Experience is welcomed but not essential; we offer a rapid-track path from casual to permanent part time for the right candidate.
