An opportunity exists for a Property Manager to join a high-performing, national property investment and funds management platform on a 9 month contract basis.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of a premium office portfolio in Brisbane CBD, delivering strong financial performance while providing an exceptional tenant experience.This position would suit a commercially astute Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced institutional setting and enjoys balancing financial management, tenant engagement, and asset strategy execution.The RoleYou will take accountability for the operational and financial performance of your allocated office assets, working closely with the Asset Manager and supported by an Assistant Property Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver asset budgets (revenue, opex, capex) and manage income and arrearsOversee lease administration,



rent reviews and reportingSupport strategic asset plans and capital works deliveryDrive tenant engagement and manage key relationshipsCoordinate fit-outs and make-good obligationsOversee facilities performance, consultants and contractorsMaintain consistent property management standards and mentor the Assistant Property ManagerAbout YouYou are commercially driven, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple office assets within a structured workplace.To be successful, you will bring:Experience in managing commercial real estateStrong financial acumen and budget management capabilityProven experience managing lease negotiations and renewalsSound knowledge of compliance, risk and essential services obligationsAdvanced reporting skills with strong Excel capabilityA proactive, solutions-focused approachExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
