You will deliver client-centred OT services across Rehab in the Home and Home Care Package programs, supporting independence and goals.This permanent role offers flexible part-time or full-time options, with travel up to one hour to nearby towns.
You'll work with a cooperative clinical team, engage in CPD, and help clients transition home after hospital discharge.
