We are seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to join our team in the A.C.T. The role involves assessing, scheduling, and coordinating construction work for issues, defects, or repairs on finished homes.

locks and small construction activities)Co-ordinate trades and set achievable targets for completion of worksEnsure secure work procedures and practices occurCommunicate with clients and trades regularly to maintain momentum and understanding of progressDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and other interested partiesExperienceExtensive exposure to the residential Class 1 building environmentProven ability to lead, manage trades, and negotiate with interested partiesExtensive experience in scheduling and arranging works in residential settingsStrong understanding of WHS, quality, and environmental standards, with leadership skills that drive a positive cultureAbility to build strong relationships, problem solve and negotiateExperience using OnSite Companion, ACC or similar computer systems to arrange worksQualificationsTrade QualificationConstruction General Induction Card (White Card)Asbestos Awareness CardSilica Awareness CardCurrent Drivers LicenceFirst Aid CertificateElectrical Test & Tag (desirable)Everyone belongs at Rawson GroupDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are key to realising our purpose of building better together.
