About the Role
As a Casual Coach at Air Locker Edgeworth, you’ll support and deliver structured training sessions in an altitude gym workplace. You’ll help members stay motivated, train safely, and get the most out of their workouts.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching and supervising group training sessions
Ensuring correct technique and safe use of equipment
Inspiring members and creating a positive training atmosphere
Assisting with gym setup, pack‑down, and general operations
Upholding Airlocker standards and safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
Solid interest in fitness, performance training, or sport
Confident communication and ability to motivate others
Coaching, personal training, or group fitness experience (preferred but not essential)
Relevant certifications (or willingness to obtain them)
Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Reliable, professional, and team‑focused attitude
