Are you passionate about quality food production and love working in a hands-on setting? Pure Gelato, Australia’s award-winning artisan gelato manufacturer, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Gelato Production Assistant to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting in the daily production of premium gelato and sorbet
Operating commercial mixing and freezing equipment
Cleaning and maintaining production areas and machinery
Packing and labelling finished products
Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met at all times
What We’re Looking For:
A team player with a solid work ethic and attention to detail
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Previous food production experience is an advantage (but not essential – training provided!)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
