RACV Inverloch Resort is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations, mentor a high-performing brigade and deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. This is a hands-on leadership role in a stunning Bass Coast location, with duties spanning restaurant, events and functions.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll manage day-to-day kitchen leadership, food quality, costs and safety, develop menus, and train staff while promoting a positive team culture.
