Positive Care and Supports is seeking one or two reliable Disability Support Workers to provide after-school community access for a 17-year-old male with autism, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. You will follow established behaviour support plans and maintain safety while engaging in community activities.
The role requires supporting behaviours of concern, including aggression and self-injurious behaviour, and a calm, qualified approach.
