We are seeking a motivated and mechanically minded
Manufacturing / Assembly worker
to join our Yatala production team.
This is a
hands-on role
for someone who enjoys understanding how things work, working with machinery and tools, solving problems, and taking pride in producing quality products. While some tasks involve general manufacturing duties, we are particularly interested in people with good work ethic, strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in manufacturing, engineering and fabrication.
In this role, you will be involved in a variety of manufacturing and assembly processes across our production facility, including:
Product assembly and fabrication
Operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery
Use of hand tools and power tools
Reading and following work instructions and drawings
Quality inspections and testing
Material handling and stock movement
Picking, packing and dispatch activities
Continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
No two days are exactly the same,



and successful team members will have the opportunity to learn multiple skills across different production areas.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work safely within a manufacturing environment
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Highly Regarded
Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Sheet metal, spot welding or fabrication experience
Forklift Licence (nice to have but not essential)
First Aid Certificate (nice to have but not essential)
Mechanical Aptitude Is More Key Than Experience
