About the Role

Reporting to theSous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you'll support day-to-day kitchen operations— preparing quality dishes, learning recent techniques, and helping keep servicerunning like clockwork.

Day to day you'll be:
Preparing ingredients and mise en place to the standard set by our senior chefs
Cooking and plating dishes with consistency, colour, texture and flavour front of mind
Following recipes, portion sizes and qualitystandards under guidance
Learning new techniques, cuisines and menu items as you grow into the role




Keeping your section clean, organised andHACCP-compliant
Checking deliveries and rotating stock forfreshness and quality
Supporting your fellow chefs during busyservices

What We're Looking For
Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or currentlycompleting your apprenticeship), or equivalent experience
Some experience in a professional kitchen;high-volume experience a bonus
Food Handling Certificate preferred, with aworking knowledge of HACCP
A genuine passion for food, hospitality andlearning from the best
A team player who takes direction well andbrings a positive attitude
Flexibility to work varied shifts includingnights, weekends, and public holidays
