About the Opportunity
We're looking for a
Collections Officer
to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Liverpool HQ location.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial health of the business, working across a variety of funding streams including
NDIS plan-managed and self-managed, Medicare and private clients
.
You'll be responsible for following up outstanding accounts, resolving billing queries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. There is a leadership opportunity for the right candidate as the team continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing outstanding accounts across multiple funding streams
Conducting outbound calls to follow up overdue payments
Liaising with NDIS plan managers, clients, and internal teams




Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies
Supporting end-to-end debt recovery processes
Maintaining accurate records and notes across systems
Working closely with finance and operations teams to improve processes
About You
You're confident, professional, and know how to have firm but respectful conversations.
Previous experience in
collections, debt recovery, or high-volume outbound calling
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Resilient and solutions-focused
Highly regarded:
Experience working with
NDIS invoicing or funding models
Exposure to healthcare, allied health, or similar environments
