About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Leading Educator to guide and support a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS. The position is full‑time on a rotating weekly roster.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor educators to deliver engaging child‑led programs
Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider team




Ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained

What We’re Looking For
Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Demonstrated leadership experience in an early learning setting
Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
