Working under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and resident-focused care environment.This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about aged care and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor and report changes in residents' wellbeing in a timely manner to the Registered NurseSupport resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)Safe administration of medications and wound management in line with the 7 rights of medication safetyProvide clinical care within scope of practice as directed by the Registered NurseEnsure accurate,



timely documentation that meets all legislative and regulatory requirements, including Aged Care Act, SIRS, WorkSafe, and AN-ACC standardsAssist in emergency response procedures as requiredSupervise and mentor Personal Care Workers to support best practice care deliveryParticipate in clinical staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with all organisational policies, including post-falls observations and infection prevention and control procedures in consultation with the IPC leadABOUT YOUWe are looking for someone who is not only clinically capable, but also genuinely passionate about aged care and teamwork.You will bring:Solid verbal, written, and listening communication skillsThe ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent organisational and time management skillsA compassionate, professional, and resident-centred approach to careA strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementKEY SELECTION CRITERIAEssential:Qualification in accordance with AHPRA registration requirements for this position description.Diploma or Certificate of Nursing (with medication endorsement and injectables)Current AHPRA registration.Annual CPR.Unencumbered police check.DesirableExperience within a residential aged care setting.Applications close 24th August ****.
