Site Manager required to oversee local shutdowns and projects, leading teams safely and efficiently while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead supervisors, coordinators, and site crews across projects and shutdowns.
Drive protected, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. (zero rework focus)
Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
Monitor project performance, costs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Full Australian working rights




Trade Qualified (Fabrication/Welding preferred)
3–5 years’ experience in shutdown management or similar role
Solid leadership and team management capability (10–20+ personnel)
Safety-focused and solid operational knowledge with labour hire and workforce coordination
