Logan Coaches (CAVBUS Group) is a family‐owned and operated business that has been connecting communities across South East Queensland for decades. We're expanding our driver team and are looking for professional, safety‐focused drivers who take pride in providing great customer service and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
We offer a variety of work including school services, route runs, rail replacement and charter work, giving our drivers consistent hours with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts.
What's on offer

(Grade 4, including the Queensland Government Retention & Recruitment Uptake)
Weekend penalty rates
Secure school services offering approximately

Additional charter, route and rail replacement work available for drivers wanting more hours
Paid induction and route familiarisation
Support obtaining your Queensland Driver Authorisation (DA) if you don't already have one

About you
You'll have:
A current MR or HR Licence
A strong commitment to safety
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A reliable, professional attitude
A current Queensland Driver Authorisation (DA) is preferred but not essential—we'll support the right applicants to obtain one.
Previous bus or coach driving experience is highly regarded, but it's
not essential
for most of our positions. If you've been driving trucks or other heavy vehicles and are looking for a change of pace with more predictable hours, we'd encourage you to apply.
Please note:
Previous bus or coach driving experience is required for our Mt Tamborine school service.
