As a Rental Service Agent (RSA), you will support our Avis/Budget branch, acting as the first point of contact for customers and delivering stress‐free, end‐to‐end rental solutions.
This is a hands‐on role offering variety, responsibility, and robust customer interaction.Key ResponsibilitiesEngaging with customers face‐to‐face and over the phone to understand their needs and deliver tailored rental solutionsExplaining rental agreements, insurance options, policies, and procedures clearly and confidentlyUsing multiple computer systems, handling payments, balancing cash,



and completing administrative tasksConducting vehicle quality assurance inspections, including operational checks, reporting damages, and vehicle detailing (cleaning interior and exterior)Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily targets and business objectivesMaintaining high operational standards in line with company, regulatory, and safety requirementsWhat We're Looking ForYou bring a positive, can‐do attitude and consistently go the extra mile for customers and colleagues alike.
