About the Role
This is a casual, on-call position. It offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners within a supportive, faith-based environment. You will plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences, support children's wellbeing, and collaborate with a committed and caring team while modelling Christian values in your practice.
Key Responsibilities
Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences
Foster positive, respectful relationships with children and families
Collaborate with a passionate and supportive team
Ensure compliance with child safety regulations and service policies
Support and uphold the Christian ethos of the service
Selection Criteria
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to design and implement engaging learning programs
Commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and best practice
Australian permanent residency or citizenship
Active Christian faith aligned with the College's Statement of Faith and participation in a Christian church community
Commitment to modelling Christian character and values in professional practice
