Job Description
Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including monitoring overdue accounts and following up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing.
Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management and stakeholders.
Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers.
Monitor customer accounts for potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrated experience in credit control.
Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships.
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
High level of customer service skills.
Intermediate excel skills.
