efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Leading a team of 3-6 production operatorsDriving a strong safety first culture across the siteManaging daily production to meet schedules and targetsCoordinating labour and production resourcesEnsuring quality standards and QA procedures are followedConducting toolbox talks and daily team briefingsCoaching and developing production staffManaging attendance and shift rostersCompleting operational quality inspectionsInvestigating incidents and implementing corrective actionsCoordinating maintenance activities and subcontractorsInspecting products prior to dispatchWorking closely with Operations, QA and Maintenance teamsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.You'll ideally have:Previous experience supervising within a manufacturing environmentPrecast concrete experience highly regardedStrong knowledge of workplace safety and quality systemsExcellent leadership and people management skillsAbility to motivate teams and improve production performanceExperience with production planning and schedulingTrade qualification preferredEngineering background highly regardedIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook & Word)The Successful Candidate Will BeA natural leader who leads by exampleSafety focusedOrganised and proactiveStrong communicatorQuality drivenCalm under pressureCommitted to continuous improvementIf you're an experienced Production Supervisor looking for your next challenge with a respected Australian manufacturer, we'd love to hear from you.
