This role offers an chance to work with prominent civil construction groups across Melbourne’s Western suburbs.

Immediate Start

Positions are available for immediate start.

Responsibilities
Labouring: work alongside plant operators and site management, use a range of tools, run conduits, assist plant operators, perform pit works.
Leading hand (if applicable): assist labouring duties, operate plant (with relevant tickets), run small teams, liaise with site management to plan future works.

Qualifications
White Card
Full Australian work rights
Minimum 12 months construction experience,



preferably in civil construction
Full PPE on site
Relevant machinery tickets desired but not essential
Transport desirable but not essential

Advantages
$36.67 – $40.00 per hour (role‑dependent) + super + coinvest
Meal allowance for 9.5+ hour shifts
Daily travel allowance $22.98
Time‑and‑half and double‑time rates for overtime
On‑going roles with chance for progression
