The Chance: As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work across the community and aged care sector, supporting older Australians to maintain their independence, mobility, and quality of life. You'll deliver holistic assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional, mobility, and home safety assessments
Recommend assistive technology and home modifications
Develop client-centred therapy and rehabilitation plans
Support clients with falls prevention and independence strategies
Liaise with families, carers,
and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Community, aged care, NDIS, rehabilitation or home care experience highly regarded
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
