To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced scrub/scout nurse with previous experience across all areas of Neurosurgery.
You will bring a strong clinical skill set and have an interest in mentoring staff.
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:Deliver evidence based nursing careLiaise with the multi-disciplinary teamExperience in Neurosurgery TheatreEnsure patient and staff safetySupervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient careDeliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, etc.About the Company Established in **** the hospital is a 336 bed, 22 operating theatre facility located in Southport, the heart of the Gold Coast Precinct.
