Lux Traffic is a leading Perth-based traffic management company delivering safe, reliable, and effective traffic control solutions across Western Australia.
With our head office in Wanneroo, we're looking for additional Traffic Management Planners & Drafters to join our close-knit Planning Team.
This is a full-time role for a motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with fellow planners, contributing to high-quality Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) that keep Perth moving safely.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and compliant TMPs using Rapid Plan software
Conduct risk assessments and document controls
Liaise with clients, Main Roads WA, local councils, and stakeholders
Manage permit applications and communicate plans to on-road teams




Rapid Plan training can be provided for the right candidate (previous experience with the software is highly regarded but not essential).
What You'll Bring
Current AWTM (Advanced Worksite Traffic Management) accreditation (essential)
WA Driver's License and White Card
Strong understanding of AGTTM and MRWA Code of Practice
Excellent communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
