OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic Account Manager (NSW) to join our ANZ Sales team.
This unique role combines clinical expertise, surgical capability, and commercial acumen to drive business growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and patients.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales & Business GrowthAchieve sales targets and revenue objectives within your territoryDevelop and execute territory and account plans aligned to business strategyIdentify growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and customer needsBuild solid relationships with surgeons, audiologists, operating theatre teams, and procurement stakeholdersDeliver product presentations and business proposals to customersDeliver Clinical & Surgical SupportProvide expert surgical and technical support during Cochlear implant proceduresSupport new and existing surgeons, particularly during onboarding and early casesTroubleshoot clinical, surgical, and device-related queriesEnsure optimal product use and clinical outcomes across accountsTraining & Capability BuildingIdentify training needs and deliver tailored training programs for internal teams and healthcare professionalsLead product education, clinical workshops,
and surgical training initiativesSupport execution of annual training calendars in partnership with Sales LeadershipCustomer Experience & EngagementAct as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to customers across your territoryProvide guidance on candidacy, patient pathways, and product solutionsDevelop strategies to increase surgeon engagement and referral pathwaysDeliver exceptional service through both in-person and remote supportAdvocacy & Cross-Functional CollaborationMaintain accurate customer data and insights in CRM (Salesforce)Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver events and programsProvide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategyAbout YouWe are looking for a commercially driven qualified who thrives in both surgical and clinical environments and values relationship-building.Required Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or related fieldMinimum 3+ years' experience in medical device or healthcare salesStrong experience supporting clinical or surgical environmentsProven ability to build and manage relationships with healthcare professionalsExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentPrior experience in the hearing industry (hearing aid sales, Cochlear Implants, or Bone Conduction technologies) – ideal
