We are currently seeking an Order Picker to join our team and support our client based in Welshpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated and reliable individuals who are looking for an entry‑level position with an LO licence and wish to gain warehouse experience.
Pay rate: $34.65
Location: Welshpool
Temp‑to‑perm pathway available, offering long‑term career stability.

Key Responsibilities
LO forklift operation, including loading, unloading, and stock replenishment
Picking and packing apparel and accessories
General warehouse housekeeping and maintenance
Working as part of a supportive team workplace
On‑the‑job training provided with opportunities to develop your skills
Potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate

Requirements




No prior LO experience needed – full training and support provided
Strong attention to detail
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Physically fit
Capable of performing manual handling duties
