What you will be doing in this role
Working as a full-time Neurosurgical Unaccredited Trainee you will work under the supervision of Neurosurgery Specialists to provide care for patients with acute and chronic neurosurgical conditions.
The Neurosurgery Department at the San provides an exciting opportunity to work in an environment with first-class facilities and a great team of medical, nursing and allied health staff.
Who we're looking for
You'll be a Registrar with at least 2 years post-graduation with the following skills and experience:
MBBS or equivalent
Registered Medical Practitioner with AHPRA
Post graduate year 2 minimum




Demonstrated competency in clinical skills including effective assessment, care planning care provision, case management and management of clinical emergencies
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
You'll have full Australian working rights
You'll have clinical experience in neurosurgery
You'll be experienced with demonstrated ability in supervising junior medical officers
