You'll work with a fantastic team in a fun and supportive environment.About The RoleWith us, you'll have the opportunity to build your expertise, work directly with corporate and private clients, and grow within our national organisation.What You'll Be DoingConducting physiological assessments and lifestyle counselling for executive and corporate clients, supporting real behavioural changeDelivering a consistently high standard of service, even during busy periodsWriting explicit, accurate client reports that outline focus areas following each consultationWorking alongside our medical team to identify and progress client health goalsManaging your appointment schedule with strong time management, including the varied start times and occasional regional travel outlined aboveHelping shape new products and services as the team growsMaintaining client confidentiality at all timesKeeping on top of your professional development and accreditationWhat You'll BringA degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science with ESSA accreditation1-2 years' clinical experienceFantastic communication skills - you'll be interacting with people from all backgrounds,



including executivesExcellent time management skillsWillingness to travel overnight approximately once a month to regional locationsWillingness to learn and grow with usCurrent First Aid/CPR accreditationPolice Check (to be arranged if not current)ESSA MembershipBonus Points If You HaveExperience with health/fitness assessments and lifestyle coachingKnowledge of nutrition and corporate health programsExperience in exercise stress testingWhat's In It For YouNo weekend or public holiday work!
