You'll take ownership of the retail channel, leading a team of State Managers and partnering closely with head office functions to deliver exceptional commercial and customer outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role, with a robust focus on coaching, developing talent and creating a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth, profitability and overall retail performance.
Take ownership of retail P&L; outcomes, including labour, operational costs and loss prevention.
Coach, mentor and develop leaders to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
Champion exceptional customer experience and seamless omnichannel execution.
Partner with Merchandise, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations and Supply Chain teams to maximise business performance.
Drive consistency across visual merchandising,



retail standards and operational excellence.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Proven experience leading a multi‑site retail network across multiple states ideally within an Australian fashion retail business.
Robust commercial acumen with experience managing retail financial performance.
A track record of coaching and developing high‑performing leadership teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple business functions.
A customer‑first mindset with experience in omnichannel retail.
