Responsibilities
Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
Monitor and analyze performance data and make necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store workplace.
Be a role model and lead the team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Guide and train all team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards.
Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process.
Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements
Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position.
Consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting.
Retail leadership experience in men’s, women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
