Electrical Supervisor – URD Infrastructure Projects

CV Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. This permanent leadership role will see you working across a diverse portfolio of electrical infrastructure projects, delivering safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes while leading site teams and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating day‑to‑day site activities
Leading multiple electrical crews across infrastructure projects
Managing labour, plant and resources to meet project schedules
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
Providing QA inspections and project sign‑off documentation
Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
Supporting and mentoring apprentices and team members
Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Driving efficient and cost‑effective construction methodologies

Qualifications
Unrestricted QLD Electrical Workers Licence
Current manual driver’s licence
Strong experience in Electrical Construction
Previous experience leading crews or supervising field teams
Solid planning, organisational and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality outcomes




Ability to build robust working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on Energex and/or Ergon network projects
Exposure to HV infrastructure, substations or large customer connections
Experience with overhead and underground reticulation
LV network switching knowledge
TMR network experience, including Rate 3 lighting projects
