As we continue to grow and evolve, we're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to take the lead in supporting day‑to‑day operations and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Management Team in all aspects of venue operations
Leading by example to create a positive, motivated team culture
Ensuring exceptional customer service across all areas
Contributing to staff training and development
Overseeing compliance with licensing, RSA and venue policies

What We’re Looking For




Current RMLV & Approved Manager’s License (essential)
Previous experience in a similar hospitality leadership role
A true team player with a “hands‑on” attitude
A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
Solid multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Highly motivated, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
