You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive solutions that meet the needs of our users.Key factsLocation: Sydney, Sydney RegionEngagement: Full-timeTeam: Product Design TeamWhat you'll doDesign and develop engaging user interfaces for our AI Neobank application.Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with user needs.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in UI design,



preferably for mobile applications.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Nice to haveFamiliarity with design systems and component libraries.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better collaboration with developers.Experience in designing financial or banking applications.Skills & toolsFigma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar design tools.User research and usability testing methodologies.Prototyping and wireframing skills.Practical notesApplicants must be eligible to work in Australia.Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
