Brisbane | Full-time | Temporary Assignment 2-4 monthsWe're partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a People & Culture Advisor who has strong employee relations experience and enjoys working across the broader HR generalist function.This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing investigations, performance management, and complex workplace matters, but who is equally happy rolling up their sleeves with the day-to-day HR administration that keeps a business running smoothly.You'll be responsible for:Providing advice and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, disciplinary processes, grievances, and investigations.Managing workplace investigations from end to end.Supporting leaders with performance improvement plans and complex employee matters.Preparing employment contracts, contract variations, remuneration changes, and other employee documentation.Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, and employee lifecycle processes.Interpreting and applying modern awards, enterprise agreements, employment legislation,



and HR policies.Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance across people processes.Assisting with HR projects, policy updates, and broader People & Culture initiatives.About youPrevious experience in a People & Culture Advisor or HR Advisor role with solid employee relations exposure.Experience in the heavy industries is highly desirable.Experience managing investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation, blue collar awards, and employment law.A willingness to be hands-on across the full HR function, including contracts, variations, and day-to-day HR administration.Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate HR documentation.What's on offerA genuinely varied HR advisory role with a solid employee relations focus.A supportive and collaborative People & Culture team.Great office space, on-site gym and parking.
