This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.What you'll be doingOwning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targetsLeading from the floor and setting the standard for customer serviceCoaching, developing and inspiring your Assistant Manager and teamRecruiting, onboarding and developing team membersManaging stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracyEnsuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standardsOverseeing rosters, store administration and data integrityMaintaining a safe,
