You'll work closely with technicians,



clients and internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate daily work for Fire Service TechniciansManage technician diaries and optimise job allocationsLiaise with clients regarding bookings, service requests and updatesRespond to urgent breakdowns and scheduling changesEnsure service jobs are completed within required timeframesProvide administrative support to the operations teamMaintain accurate records and update internal systemsDeliver exceptional customer service at all timesAbout YouWe're looking for someone who has:Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Planning roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesThe ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating field technicians (highly regarded)Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systemsA positive attitude and team-first approach
