About the role

The Equipment Services Team Leader is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Services function while supporting team development, fleet presentation, and operational efficiency.

This role balances leadership with hands‑on work, ensuring our vehicles are secure, compliant, and presented to a high standard for our customers.

Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the Equipment Services team
Plan and prioritise daily workload with Rental Operations
Ensure all equipment is clean, compliant and ready for hire
Oversee dehire inspections, damage identification and reporting
Coordinate servicing, repairs and minor maintenance
Manage equipment movements, deliveries and transfers
Ensure systems and records (Autocheck) are accurate and up to date
Monitor yard presentation, safety and compliance standards




Support continuous improvement of systems, processes and team capability

About you
Leadership experience or ready to step up into a leadership role
Solid work ethic with high standards and accountability
Hands‑on and happy to work in an operational environment
Detail-focused with strong organisational skills
Confident communicator who can handle challenging situations
Ability to manage competing priorities and changing workloads
