We provide commercially focused legal advice across Property, Commercial, Construction, Litigation, Immigration and Tax, with a strong focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering practical legal solutions.

An prospect for a Lawyer/Associate (with 2–5 Years PQE) to join their growing Property, Commercial, Litigation and Construction team. This is an outstanding chance for a lawyer seeking greater autonomy, direct client exposure and genuine career progression within a modern and cooperative firm.

Working closely with the Principal, you'll manage your own matters across Property, Commercial, Litigation and Construction Law while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Responsibilities
Manage a diverse range of Property, Commercial, Litigation and Construction matters.
Manage a Junior Lawyer and Property Paralegal as part of your leadership development.
Modern Melbourne CBD office
Up to $150,000 including super for the right applicant
Manage a broad portfolio of Property, Commercial, Litigation and Construction matters




Advise on residential and commercial conveyancing matters, property developments, commercial transactions, leasing, contractual negotiations and dispute resolution
Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents including Contracts of Sale, Section 32 Statements, commercial agreements, leases, transactional documents and litigation correspondence
Work closely with overseas investors, assisting them with Australian property transactions, foreign investment requirements and cross-border legal matters
Mentor and support a Junior Lawyer and Property Paralegal by providing technical guidance, reviewing work and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Qualifications
2–5 years' Post Qualification Experience
Strong experience in Property Law with exposure to Commercial Law, Litigation or Construction Law
Experience working with international clients or advising on FIRB matters will be advantageous
