The RoleThe therapist joining this multidisciplinary team will be responsible for delivering evidence-based services to clients using multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.
Referrals may originate from the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources.




This is a mobile role that offers the flexibility to work from home or the organization's hubs when not seeing clients.Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
Ensuring timely documentation and report writing.Managing a varied caseload.Meeting professional expectations (e.g., meeting billable targets and effective client management).
Attending meetings, supervision, and engaging in personal development (as required).
Building relationships with key stakeholders, including fellow therapists, clients, and referral sources.Working across leading software platforms and online tools.Recent Graduate ProgramThe 12-month program fully supports new clinicians, enabling them to acquire the skills needed to launch a successful career from the moment they start.
