Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Client Services Managerwho combines exceptional customer service with robust administrative and digital skills to oversee cleaning operations at key client sites in Townsville Region.About the RoleThis is a mobile, on-the-road role where you'll be the key contact for clients and frontline teams at various sites.
You'll build strong relationships, support operational delivery, and help identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Reporting to the North Queensland Regional Manager, you will utilise your administrative and technical skills alongside your proactive and personable approach to manage service delivery.
If you have strong people skills and the right attitude, we will provide full training in the operational aspects of the cleaning industry.You'll also be encouraged to upsell value-add services like carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and external windows to help grow your portfolio.
Uncapped Commissions are available where upselling is successful.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel between client sites daily (company vehicle provided)Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and contractorsConduct regular site inspections and client check-insUse Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,



and SharePoint for communication and reportingSupport stock control and equipment orderingLearn internal accounting systems for tasks like timesheets, invoicing, and costingProactively resolve client issues and maintain high service standardsPromote and upsell additional services to boost account valueCoach and support frontline cleaning staffFull training provided in in our internal quality cleaning standards and procedures, products, and compliance.What You'll BringPrevious experience in the Cleaning Industry or similarGreat admin and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Willingness to learn new systems and processes (SharePoint, internal software)Confidence with customer service and building relationshipsA proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on getting resultsWillingness to learn the cleaning/facilities side of the roleComfortable promoting services and identifying sales opportunitiesWhy Join CMBM?
