This role is ideal for someone passionate about precision and craftsmanship, with an understanding of architectural and design requirements for luxury residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for aluminium, minimal, steel, and brass window systems.Collaborate with architects, builders,



and internal teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and aesthetic goals.Interpret architectural plans, ensuring all drawings align with project timelines and technical requirements.Maintain a strong understanding of our product lines, manufacturing capabilities, and partner systems.Assist with problem-solving and providing technical solutions during the shop drawing process.About YouExperience producing architectural or shop drawings, preferably for windows or façade systems.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD preferred); experience with Revit is a bonus.Robust understanding of architectural plans, materials, and construction details.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium-quality work.What We OfferThe opportunity to work on prestigious high-end projects across Melbourne and interstate.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.The chance to contribute to unique, design-driven projects at the forefront of luxury architecture.
